Featured Games Online

Featured Games are the titles we think are worth your time right now: a mix of new arrivals and long-standing favourites across simulation, action, puzzle and casual play. Every one of them is playable instantly in the browser on desktop and mobile, with no download and no account, and every page includes an original guide covering controls, strategy and the questions players usually ask. If you only have a few minutes and want a good pick without browsing every category, start here.

Selection is editorial. A game is featured because it plays well in a browser, loads quickly, works on a phone and has enough depth to justify a guide. Games that stop being served by their provider or that have been overtaken by a better version are removed.

What earns a place here

Three things: the game must be understandable within a minute, it must run cleanly on a mid-range phone, and it must give a reason to come back, whether that is a score, a level list or, in the case of the sandboxes, the simple pleasure of trying something different. A well-made small game beats a large one that stutters on mobile. We also favour titles that pair well with Solar Smash, which is why physics sandboxes and space games are over-represented.

Skill levels and session length

The category spans everything from one-tap arcade games that anyone can pick up to rocket builders that reward patience. Each game page says early on how long a session takes and what kind of skill it asks for, so you can choose a two-minute distraction or a twenty-minute project. Difficulty ramps inside the game in most cases, so beginners and experienced players can start from the same place.

Playing on any device

Featured Games run on desktop with keyboard and mouse and on phones and tablets with touch. The guide on each page lists both control schemes. Landscape is better for driving and shooting games, portrait for merge and puzzle games, and the frame adapts on desktop either way.
